Bellcrest's ops team manually assembled customs documentation for every shipment: matching commodity codes, checking country-specific requirements, and re-keying the same shipment data across four separate forms. A single missed field could hold a container at the border for days.
Our approach

Built an agent that reads shipment data from Bellcrest's freight system, assembles the correct set of customs documents for the destination country, and flags any field it can't complete with confidence

Gave the agent tool access to commodity-code and tariff lookups so it works from current data rather than a static reference table
- 03
Routed anything outside a defined confidence threshold to an ops staffer for review before submission, rather than letting the agent submit autonomously
