Turnkey's associates spent hours on the first pass of every incoming commercial contract, manually comparing clauses against the firm's standard playbook to find the handful of terms that actually needed negotiation. Junior associates missed non-standard clauses often enough that partners had re-reviewed everything as a matter of policy.

   Built a review assistant that compares incoming contracts against Turnkey's clause playbook and flags deviations with a plain-language note on why each one matters

   Trained the flagging logic on the firm's own historical redlines so it reflects how Turnkey actually negotiates, not a generic legal template

   Kept the assistant strictly advisory: it produces a marked-up first read for an associate, and never sends communication or makes a negotiating decision on its own
