Brightpath Tutoring

The challenge

Brightpath's tutors were manually compiling weekly PDF progress reports for parents, a process that ate into tutoring hours and still left parents asking for updates mid-week.

Our approach

1. 01

   Built a React Native app where tutors logged session notes directly after each lesson, feeding a parent-facing timeline automatically

2. 02

   Added push notifications for session reminders and completed homework, cutting no-shows

3. 03

   Kept the tutor-facing entry flow to under 90 seconds per session, since adoption depended on tutors actually using it
