Meridian's front-desk staff across nine clinics spent a large share of every shift on repetitive intake work: reading referral letters, confirming insurance details, and matching patients to the right specialist's calendar. Scheduling errors from manual matching were a recurring complaint.

Built an intake copilot that reads incoming referral letters and pre-fills the patient record with the relevant clinical and insurance details for staff to confirm, never submit unreviewed

Connected the copilot to the practice-management calendar so it can propose appointment slots matched to the referral's specialty and urgency flag

Kept every clinical judgment with staff and clinicians by design; the system proposes and pre-fills, it does not diagnose or approve
