Southbank's paper guides and rented audio-tour hardware were expensive to maintain and rarely used by younger visitors who expected a phone-based experience.
Our approach

Built a Flutter app with offline-downloadable audio tours for each of the trust's three venues, usable without museum wifi

Added a map-based wayfinding view built from each venue's floor plan
- 03
Included a donation and membership signup flow directly in the app, replacing a paper form at the front desk
