Northstar's owner-operator drivers were booking loads over phone calls and a dispatcher-run spreadsheet, which meant loads sat unbooked during evening and weekend hours when the dispatch office was closed.

Built a driver-facing app showing available loads by route and pay per mile, bookable without waiting for a dispatcher

Added document upload for proof of delivery directly from the app camera, replacing faxed paperwork

Built in offline queuing for document uploads, given inconsistent cellular coverage on rural routes
