The challenge

Thistlewood's six shops had loyal local followings but no way to sell nationally, and a first attempt at a mail-order site couldn't handle next-day delivery cutoffs by postcode.

Our approach

1. 01

   Built a Shopify storefront with postcode-based delivery-day logic so customers only see cutoffs that are actually achievable

2. 02

   Set up a subscription option for the bakery's weekly sourdough box using Shopify's native subscription APIs

3. 03

   Integrated shop-floor point of sale with online inventory so a sold-out item in one shop wouldn't oversell online
