Ashgrove's clinics ran on a mix of phone bookings and a third-party widget that frequently double-booked appointment slots, frustrating both staff and pet owners.
Our approach

Replaced the third-party widget with a custom booking flow built directly against the clinic-management system's real-time slot data

Added a client portal where pet owners could view vaccination records and request repeat prescriptions

Built clinic-specific pages with structured data so each of the nine locations could rank independently in local search
